After your initial enquiry, we will arrange a convenient time and day in which to have a look at your roof. Once we
have taken a look at it, we will then be able to provide you with an accurate assessment of the state of your roof and a detailed quotation for the work required.
As standard, we will also provide you with a detailed breakdown of the work and materials involved in any project we undertake for you. The purpose of this is to show you that our quote has covered absolutely everything that will be involved in carrying out the project, so there will be no surprises or extra costs half way through the project. The breakdown of the work and materials will show you exactly what you will be getting for your money.
The Weather
Once a start date has been agreed and work has begun, we will always ensure that your roof is protected from adverse weather and is covered securely with weather-proof materials to prevent leakage.
Insurance
Mitchell Roofing carries full public liability insurance for your protection.
As a matter of routine, some insurance companies require you to let them know if you are going to be doing any work on your home. So we would advise you to inform them before any work has started.
Job Completion
When we finish any work, we will always leave your property and site area clean and tidy.
Aftercare Service
Should you have any concerns at all about your repaired or new roof or other work we have done for you, then please contact us straight away so we can resolve any problems for you quickly.
